The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) is a public-private partnership (PPP) between the European Union and the European life science industries, with the goal of translating health research and innovation into tangible benefits for patients and society. This Health Working Group meeting will invite Hugh Laverty, Head of Scientific Operations at IHI, to present the current status of the partnership and the challenge of bringing diverse sectors together to transform European healthcare.
After this presentation and a chance for questions, we will hear three examples from ERRIN members, presenting activities and projects relevant in the context of IHI. Presenting regions will be:
