The Eurocities Winter School aims to be a meeting point for exchange and training for Eurocities members. It will be an opportunity for members to share and gain practical knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Programme highlights:
- The programme will be organised around four thematic tracks:
- EU funding and projects: learn how to design and apply for impactful projects and secure EU funding, and to communicate about them.
- Cities going global: discover strategies to put your city on the international map, and to strengthen your engagement capacities towards the EU, including through lobby and advocacy.
- Social justice in cities: explore strategies and methodologies to integrate human rights and gender equality into local policies.
- Urban innovation: understand models of public procurement and public-private collaboration to advance towards climate neutrality, and learn to set up challenge-based innovation programmes.
- Open to all city officials: the Winter School is not limited to contact officers; we encourage participation from any city official interested in the topics.
- Registration will open in September, so please save the date for 27 November 2024.
